The hotel had a small but functional room that met our needs for a one-night stay. It could get noisy due to traffic on Sussex Gardens Road and was cold upon arrival. The staff, though friendly, may seem overwhelmed due to being understaffed. Dining options are limited, and there are not enough tables for all guests to sit.
The basement dining room offers a cozy but small space for meals, reminiscent of a ship's cabin. The service is highlighted by a welcoming and helpful staff, striving to enhance the overall experience. However, the early morning car noise may disrupt restful sleep in transit.
